We will then reach out to provide you with a file number and a secure folder to share all relevant documentation (field photos, scope notes, measurements, etc.) for that file. We review all materials for completeness before starting the valuation.

Our specialists conduct a deep analysis of building codes, manufacturer specs, and common construction methods that should be applied to the loss. We then build a detailed and structured Xactimate valuation using carrier-defensible logic.
